Posting Activities

This screen allows you to create activity posts on the site. (you MUST be logged in to use this screen)

The following fields are mandatory and must have a valid value:

Choose Activity: There is a "CHOOSE ACTIVITIES" button, only one activity is allowed for this screen.

Choose Location: Drop down box is provided for the user to choose location.

Choose Date: Once this button is clicked a small calendar will appear allowing the user to choose the date they require. (Clubs can select recurring activities, i.e. every week for the next 6 months)

Choose Time: a 24 hour clock is displayed, the user must choose a start time and an end time.

Play/Watch: The user must select either the “PLAY” or the “WATCH” button.

Title: The user may type free format narrative representing the name of their activity.

Post Body: The user may type free format narrative describing their activity.

The following fields are optional:

No. of people: Drop down box allowing the user to select number of people involved in this activity or select ‘ANY’.

Gender: Three acceptable values, BOTH, FEMALE and MALE.

Ability Level: Drop down box to allow the user to choose ability level or ‘ANY’ for all abilities.

Once all the information the user requires has been entered, there are two options for them to proceed:

"POST NOW": Once the user clicks on this the activity will be posted on the comenplay.com.

"PREVIEW POST": Allows the user to look at how the activity post will look in the Activity Post Panel. The user will now have the option to either "EDIT" the post or "ADD" the post.

After the user has entered all the activity posts they require, they can view all their current posts in ‘Review Activity Posts’ screen. This is the user’s main screen for deleting old activity posts and to make active or inactive posts as the user may require. (Currently individual Members are allowed up to 10 active posts at any one time)
