Manage Professional Profile A user may enter free text into any of the following areas of their Profile: Title Statement Occupation Personal Statement Sporting Heroes Favourite Teams My Other Clubs (for Clubs a user belongs to that don’t have a comenplay.com Profile) Favourite Music Favourite TV Favourite Films Favourite Books My Interests Choosing Activities Setting up Activities is the key to enabling Members of the comenplay.com Network finding a user’s Profile thereby enabling a user to best advertise their services. To set up the Activities offered on a Profile, a user may click the "EDIT ACTIVITIES" button. A user may then click the Check Boxes next to the Activities they offer from those displayed in the Activity List. Some Activities are sub-divided to make Profiles even more accurate, "Football - 5 a Side" for example. Any Activities that are specific to Sports Professionals are displayed in BOLD BLUE text. Any chosen Activity that is Sports Professional specific will appear in the right hand Activity List with a space to add some free text to describe the Activity and a Browse box to enable a user to add a small image to appear next to the Activity Listing. To add the small image a user may click the "BROWSE" button and then choose the Photo they want to appear on their Profile from their PC. Once a user is happy with the text and the small image, they may click the "SAVE ACTIVITY" button and the Activity will be saved to the profile. A user can edit the text and small image at any time and clicking the "SAVE ACTIVITY" button will make the changes appear on the Profile. As a Sports Professional a user can also add Playing Activities to their Profile. Playing Activities show up in the Activity List in GREEN text. These Activities help a user find other members to play with so not only can comenplay.com benefit them professionally but it’s also a great way to meet likeminded people. Once a user has selected a Playing Activity they can set the Ability Level at which they play that Activity in the Right Hand column by using the Option Lists. This will help a user find and be found by other Members of a similar Ability Level to them making the time they spend playing their chosen Activities more rewarding. A user can change these at any time as they get better. Un-checking an Activity will remove it from a user’s Profile. If a user un-checks any of their Activities in the main Activity List they will no longer appear on a user’s Profile. Checking that Activity again will return it to the Profile just as it was left with all the Further Activities intact. Removing a Further Activity will not remove the Main Activity under which it was listed. Managing Photos A user can add up to 4 photos to their comenplay.com Profile. A user may click the "BROWSE" button and choose the Photo they want to appear on their Profile from their PC. Once a photo has been added to comenplay.com, we’ll resize it automatically so it will be the right size for a Profile and other areas of comenplay.com where it will appear. The first photo added will become the Default Image that appears on a Profile. To change any of the photos added a user may click the "BROWSE" button again and choose a different one from their PC. To Delete any of the photos added, a user may click the "DELETE" link and they will be asked to confirm this. If confirmed then the photo will be deleted permanently. A user may click the "NEXT" and "PREVIOUS" links to browse through the photos they have added. The only file types that we can accept are GIF or JPEG (sometimes known as JPG) as Internet Browsers cannot read other file types. The maximum file size allowed is 500KB. We’ll let a user know if the photo they have chosen to add exceeds this limit.
